Refund policy
At Equitique, we stand behind our products. If something does not fit you or your horse, you can return it for a refund or exchange. Returns must be made within 30 days and items must be in like-new condition with original packaging. Please allow ten business days for your refund to process. If you find a quality issue with your purchase, please contact us at 973-864-2693 to discuss. We want you to be happy with your selection. Helmets are sold in store only as fitting is of utmost importance. For health reasons, bits may not be returned. For obvious reasons, custom and personalized items are non returnable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
